The concepts, teachings, and stories on the srimad Bhagavad Gita gradually become points of ongoing reflections as we search out the deeper meanings they contain.
This weekly class includes chanting of Gita verses, meditation, contemplation, and sharing of insight, and discussion. Listen and study the Hindu scripture that is part of the Mahabharata's epic story, dated to the second century BCE.

Sarada Diffenbaugh, Ph.D., began her yoga study with Babaji in 1971. Sarada, an educator, recognizes the transformational potential of Yoga Sutra study to bring peace and balance to contemporary life. This class applies and integrates ancient wisdom with modern understanding. She teaches in MMI's YTT, Yoga and Ayurveda programs and serves on its Board.
Premdas Rohan combines his love of science and mathematics with his love of yoga practice in the classroom. He began his studies of Ashtanga Yoga with Babaji starting in 1975 in Miami, Florida. He teaches asana, pranayama, meditation, and Bhagavad Gita.
