We are seeking a caring and experienced Weekend Live-in Nanny to join our family and provide attentive care for our two energetic boys. As a crucial member of our household, you will have your own comfortable room and en-suite bathroom, ensuring your privacy and convenience. Our home operates under an open kitchen policy, fostering a warm and welcoming environment. Your responsibilities will include engaging with the children, attending to their needs, and creating a nurturing and stimulating atmosphere. You'll be an essential part of their routines, assisting with feeding, diaper changes, preparing healthy meals, supervising mealtime, tidying up after them, and providing loving care. While one child is potty trained, you'll assist with their bathroom needs as well. Your role will also involve light household tasks such as unloading the dishwasher and organizing packages. Our schedule requires you to be available from 6:00 AM to 8:30 PM on Saturdays and Sundays, with a maximum of 12.5 hours of active work per day. We'll provide breaks during the day to ensure you never exceed this limit. Flexibility is key, as our weekend plans may vary due to work schedules and personal commitments. While you'll be off-duty after 8:30 PM, we would appreciate having you in the house with the children on baby monitors in the unlikely event of any nighttime emergencies. However, once we're back home, you're free to rest and unwind. To succeed in this role, you should have experience caring for both infants and toddlers simultaneously. One child's boundless energy requires someone who can keep up, managing activities like climbing stairs while holding them, playing on the floor, and engaging in outdoor fun. Fluency in English is essential, and a commitment to staying with us long-term (at least two years) is highly desirable.
