Looking for a roomate to share a 2 bed 2 bath
Specification:
have a VERY SPACIOUS 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment in NOVI. I am looking for a roommate to re-sign the lease for it starting October 1st . Male/Female open to both as you get your own private bed/bath.
The rent is listed above. Utilities (internet and electricity) will be shared not included in the rent.
Here are some of the good features of the community:
1- Community name- Springs 2
2- Gas , water and trash included in rent.
3- Washer & Dryer inside the unit
4-Kroger and many restaurants just walking distance away
5- Private pond just in front of the patio
6- Walk-in closet and huge amounts of storage
7- Shaded parking spots available.
What I am looking for as a preferable roomate:
1- Non Smoker (if you smoke please dont bother me)
2- Preferably plays DOTA :P
3- OK with Non vegetarian
